Ours is a not for profit organization. We are operating from Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India.  Our aim is teach authentic English - material written for native speakers by native speakers - to our students who don’t have access to learn this imperialistic language, thereby their economic well being can be strengthened. Regarding this a lot has been written. A lot has been spoken. But we want activities.

English is not yet another language in our country. In this country, “I know English” is bliss. “I don’t know English” is a handicap.

Realizing the importance of English our activities are centered on four important areas.

• ENGLISH FOR EMPLOYABILITY
• TEACHER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES
• EXTENSIVE READING

• ENGLISH FOR SCHOOL STUDENTS

            Firstly, in our country English is unnecessarily related with good education.  so if we are able to impart authentic English to our government school students then it will led to increasing enrolment in schools. It will strengthen our public school system. To fulfill this, we want to teach our school students Cambridge University’s ESOL Exam. We want to start from KET. We aim FCE

• ENGLISH FOR EMPLOYABILITY

Secondly, our rural side college students are lack in English. If they know English in a well manner they would get a better job. To fulfill this need we want to teach them Cambridge University’s ESOL Business English Exam. We want to start from BEC Preliminary. We aim BEC Higher. In Coimbatore District there are more than 200 Arts and Science colleges where atleast more 100,000 students are studying.

•   TEACHER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES

Thirdly, all these would not be possible without the support of teachers. We want to conduct “Continuous Professional Development” programs with the help of teacher trainers, publishing houses and other stake holders in English language. Apart from this we want to popularize “English Teaching Professional” magazine among our teachers. 

  

• EXTENSIVE READING

Fourthly, in order to get proficiency in any language we have to read a lot. To cultivate the habit of       reading we want to establish “Extensive Reading Clubs” in our neighboring schools.  Available   “Graded   Readers” can be used to fulfill this need.       To induce reading in “Tamil” we want to publish famous fables 

We want to build our activities on these four basic parameters. If all these programs executed in a well manner we will definitely bring changes in our society.

•  Irrespective of many hurdles our rural side students – both college and school students – are making their strides in many fields like art, sport, education, community development and many more fields. Their achievement should be brought into lime light.
• Some philanthropic persons may help them financially to succeed further.
